Sypnosis:

The plot of the flick revolves around the character of Radhe(Salman Khan), who is not only a sharp shooter but also hates any kind of authority. Radhe has a very sharp mind and can understand the mechanism of dubious underworld in seconds. This quality makes him favorite of Gani Bhai( Prakash Raj), the dreaded gangster for whom he works.

Though Radhe works for Gani Bhai, he is not his slave and works on his own terms and conditions. However, Gani Bhai is a shrewd gangster and uses Radhe to eliminate most of the rival gangsters from the city of Mumbai.

In this process of eliminating Gani Bhai’s enemies, Radhe unwittingly makes every other gangster his enemy. However, Radhe is taken aback when Janhvi (Ayesha Takia) expresses her fondness for him instead of fearing or hating him for his crimes.

On the other hand, Inspector Talpade (Mahesh Manjrekar), who is a corrupt police officer, has his lustful eyes on Janhvi, without knowing the fact of her liking for Radhe. Jahnvi’s timid nature also encourages Talpade to make unwanted advances towards the beautiful lass.

In the meantime, a war for the control of Mumbai underworld has begun. Every gang from Golden gang to Data Pawale’s gang wants to control the maximum area of the city, and this result in bloody gang war. The whole of Mumbai suffers due to this, and bloodshed, murder becomes order of the day.

‘8×10 Tasveer’ is the story of a young man with a unique supernatural gift of looking into the past of dead people.

Akshay Kumar takes a break from comedies and over-the-top roles to play a restrained, subdued and complex character in this film by director Nagesh Kukunoor .

Akshay plays Jai Puri, a thirty-plus man who has a unique supernatural gift to see into the past of dead people by touching an object belonging to them or by seeing their photos.

His family, friends and even he at times is skeptical of this power. But Jai manages to eke out a living in this land so steeped in belief of the supernatural.

Ayesha Takia plays Jai’s wife and also the breadwinner of the family. She grudgingly believes in her husband’s powers.

Jai is not on talking terms with his father Jatin Puri (Benjamin Gilani), who is an oil baron, living a lavish life of luxury and fame. Jai never wished to follow his father’s profession but nonetheless loved him deep within.

Sharmila Tagore plays Jai’s mother Savitri, a woman torn between her husband and son. She sincerely wishes her son to return to the family fold.

A personal tragedy provokes Jai to use his supernatural powers to unravel a mystery that seems impenetrable to an ordinary mind. But Jai’s mind is not ordinary.

The film has Akshay Kumar doing some death-defying stunts. In one scene he jumps off the edge of a high cliff and lands into water. The stunt was shot with the help of safety cables.

In another stunt, Akshay, tied with chains, sinks underwater where he can’t use his arms to swim back to the surface. It’s almost a Houdini kind of stunt where Akshay unshackles himself.

Director Nagesh Kukunoor describes ‘8×10 Tasveer’ as an action thriller. Apparently, Akshay and Nagesh had their differences in the initial days of shooting but soon they got used to each other’s style of working.

While the folk at Bhaktiyog Society have cast aspersions on her craze towards the game, the bigger problem that worries the Achrekar family is Meera’s still-single status. Love suddenly blossoms with heart-specialist, Dr Arjun Sachdeva and Meera realizes that perhaps there is more to life than praying for Team India and Anil Kumble! Subhash recognizes this as an opportunity to rid him-self of a life time of middle class mediocrity and poverty. He collaborates with Mallika to acquire all the money and property.
Working hand in glove, they get a caretaker (TARA SHARMA) with the help of their family lawyer (BOMAN IRANI) to be a witness to an ailing Mr. Adenwallas presence in the house which they concoct their plans.
Several thrilling situations arise in their plan, ranging from false alibis, double-crossing, phony kidnappings to hidden agendas which wreck havoc all around.
But even the best laid plans can go awry and this brings ACP Gokhale (OM PURI) and Inspector Borkar (VIVEK SHAW) into the picture.

Vashu is the only child of brilliant parents - Airhostess Anita and Dr. Amit. But Vashu is also an extremely unhappy child. Because he has this funny habit of covering his ears all the time, everybody in school teases him and calls him ‘Gandhiji’s monkey’. While others laugh at him, his friend Tanya is the only person who bothers to find out why he’s doing this. Vashu helplessly confesses that the moment he removes his fingers, he starts hearing his parents fighting and the noise is unbearable. Synopsis :

New York – a city of affluences and grandeurs…an ideal place for the handsome, successful and very rich Shravan Dhariwal (Sanjay Dutt). A business tycoon, Shravan has everything one can dream of having and what he doesn’t have, he buys it. A winner all the way with an envious lifestyle makes him the most eligible bachelor around. Synopsis:

He will kill you with laughter unless you cry for mercy……. In the early

70’s ? Bombay was taken over by smugglers and gangsters. One of them was Don

Muthuswami. On his deathbed Don Muthuswami’s father extracts a promise from

his son that he would go straight. Muthu desided to invest in a legitimate

company. He engages an Urdu/hindi teacher Jaikishan to improve his language.

He thus starts his journey to change from Don Muthuswami to Sir Muthuswami.



Now the only issue left is to get his daughter Sanjana married and the best

match according to him was his very good friend Don Vardhan’s son Pradhan.

Sanjana however would marry anyone but Pradhan.



Preetam, Muthu’s general manager comes to Muthu and asks for his daughter’s

hand in marriage. Muthu says his daughter deserves a man who earns millions.

Preetam claims to be a millionaire and reveals that he became a millionaire

by stealing from Muthu.



In a meanwhile Muthu’s daughter is desperately thinking of a way so that she

does not have to marry her father’s choice. She calls him and tells him that

she is pregnant.



A cute girl, Ranjana comes to meet muthu and tells him that she loves his

manager Preetam and admit’s to Muthu that she had lied to Preetam about being

Muthu’s daughter. Muthu is relieved that Preetam is not Sanjana’s boyfriend but

now wonders who could be the father of her boby.



How does muthu get back the loot from Preetam? Who is the father of Sanjana’s

baby? Who marries whom? Who is Ranjana? What happens to the opposition gangsters?

Synopsis

Janaradhan Wishvanbhar Rane (Paresh Rawal) a widower has spent his life bringing up his two kids Chirag (Manoj Joshi) and Gaurav (Akshaye Khanna). Janaradhan has done everything for his kids to bring them up in the best possible manner, ever since they were toddlers. Now when the duo has grown up, Gaurav takes up the responsibility of his father. They both manage the household chores and their business to the best of their abilities. Though he is the younger son, he treats his father like his son. Gaurav is on guard with the vigilance of a disciplined parent. He shouts, threatens, and fights - even locks up his father occasionally so that his prankster best friend Madhav Mathur (Om Puri) who is a divorcee, desperate to get married, does not spoil him.
Madhav and Janaradhan who are always in search of a bride for Madhav forever land up in trouble and every time Gaurav has to bail them out and face the embarrassment.
Gaurav busy managing his business starts getting prank calls from a girl who turns out to be his old college friend Sheekha Kapoor (Genelia D’souza). Sheekha is staying with her guardian Anuradha (Shobana) who is also Janardhan’s first love.
Gaurav and Sheekha notice changes in the behavior of Janaradhan and Anuradha when they come face to face after many years. They come to know about their past relationship. Now Gaurav wants his father to get married to his lost love.
Gaurav and Sheekha embark upon a rib-tickling journey to arrange his father’s love marriage and in the process find soul mates in each other. Of course, the path is not so smooth: there are obstacles. But then, Madhav’s desperate desire for a bride comes handy. How this trio tries to arrange Janaradhan’s and Anuradha’s love marriage is a fun ride to watch.
