JAMAICAN BLUE MOUNTAIN
The legendary Jamaican Blue. Touted as the world’s best coffee, our coffee is 100% authentic and is grown exclusively in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. It has an intense sweet flavour and a smooth, full-bodied taste
HAWAIIAN KONA FANCY
Smooth and flavorful, the Hawaiian Kona is the only U.S. coffee and gives a cup that’s smooth with an intense, nutty and luscious aroma.
GUATEMALA ANTIGUA (AN-TEE-GWA)
Enticing aroma, superbly refined flavour, good body, and with a somewhat smoky, spicy nuance, the Guatemala Antigua is the most favoured of the Central American coffees.
COSTA RICA TARRAZU (TRA-AH-ZOO)
Costa Rica’s rich volcanic soils lend a clean flavor and a tantalizing bouquet to this coffee. Yields a full-acidity cup with an inviting aroma and is rated by many critics as the finest estate coffee in the world.
COLUMBIAN SUPREMO
The Columbian sets the standard by which other coffees are measured. Extremely well-balanced with good acidity and body. The Columbain’s rich flavour, makes it a continued favorite.
BRAZIL BOURBON SANTOS
This coffee yields a soft and mild cup with very low acidity. From , the world’s largest coffee producing nation, the region produces beans that are soft and pleasant in the cup with a creamy texture.

(Wild Coffee) (yer-ga-shef) Coffee derives its name from Ethiopian town of Kaffa. Richly flavorf ul, a romantic and Intense, full body and acidity with complex spicy, fruity and floral taste. This coffee is truly rare and difficult to acquire.YEMENI MOCHA (Mo-ka) SANNANI
We like this coffee so much, we named ourselves after it. A complete coffee with body and snap but
with subtle overtones. The flavor is a little chocolaty, making the addition of chocolate a natural development.
THE PACIFIC
SUMATRA MANDHELING (Man-day-ling)
Sumatra has a reputation for being one of the heaviest bodies of all coffees and has a very earthy aroma with virtually no acidity. Giving you an intensity that lingers in your mouth.
JAVA ESTATES
One of the greatest names in coffee, Java coffee is famous for its earthy, full-bodied taste and mild acidity. It has a rich, spicy aroma and brings a vibrant flavour to the palate.
INDIA
INDIAN PEABERRY
Made entirely of selected Peaberry coffees, this is undoubtedly the finest India has to offer. Here’s a really well-balanced cup with a bright acidic twang.
MONSOON MALABAR
This coffee owes its special flavor to the manner of its transport. Long ago, this coffee was brought to Europe in sail ships. During the voyage, exposure to the trade winds would give a distinctive flavor to the coffee. Today, the sail ships are gone and the process of “monsooning” has been introduced to replicate the characteristic flavor. During the monsoon months the coffee is exposed to trade winds to yield a cup that’s smooth, rich, spicy and full-bodied.

THE ITALIANS
From the land of the renaissance and the mafia comes a revolutionary way of enjoying coffee. It’s called Espresso, which really means a coffee prepared ‘specially for you’. It also means coffee ‘made quickly’, which we can also appreciate on account of ricocheting bullets and exploding restaurants.
An Espresso ‘shot’ is a concentrated shot of 30ml of pure coffee made by forcing water through coffee grounds under great pressure. It’s by this ‘shot’ of coffee that all Italians swear by. Many critics raised an eyebrow at this defiant brewing technique, but curiously…they were never seen again.
